Recent reports appear to indicate that restaurant sales are clawing their way back, particularly in the casual theme dining segment. Finally, some good economic news; Let’s hope it’s an indication of a positive summer vacation season and good things to come.

Now is the time to ‘rev up’ the menu development engine to give your restaurant marketing efforts a boost. Perhaps it’s not necessary to focus restaurant marketing so intently on low price points, coupons or deals that ‘give away the store’ – try an alternative value proposition – a great product, priced to sell, yet cost efficient and profitable.
